SUMMARY: This paper presents a study on universalism and health from a consciential perspective, focusing on
the aspect of cosmovision and determinisms. Definitions of health will be explored. As consciousnesses with the objective to evolve, how much universalism we manifest, the way we see the world and how we act on it play an
important role in determining our level of health and coherence with the evolutionary objective. Several concepts related to individual or internal universalism will
be addressed. Through observations, self and heteroresearch, it is observed how these ideas allows to become
more evolutionary efficient by being able to recognize more
options.
