ABSTRACT: False beliefs regarding the evolutionary mechanism and regarding the reality of consciousness interfere in self-knowledge, self-esteem and self-confidence, reducing the efficiency of the self-conscientiotherapic process. This proposition is based on a research started with this author’s self-conscientiotherapy. Research methods
used were observation – research of consciousnesses’
manifestations acquainted to the author – and selfexperimentation
– self-research of the author’s own
manifestations. Amongst the objectives of this work are the exposition of the most common types of false beliefs involved in research and the methods adopted by the author to unveil them. Partial results observed were a higher constancy of intraconsciential homeostasis and higher autonomy against consciential intrusion. By the author’s
conclusion, beliefs decay will and self-confidence necessary
to self-overcoming of immature traits.
