ABSTRACT: This article centers on an examination of self-esteem and explores the related theme of self-concept and various conditions such as self-victimization, pride, perfectionism, and life transitions. By exploring and making associations between conditions, and then offering ideas and techniques to help overcome them, the article aims to assist in understanding the process of intraconsciential recycling and the creation and maintenance of healthy self-esteem.
